We had a backed up sink. We found Mr. Rooter with great google reviews and decided to go with them. I'm glad we did. We had Brady Basgall come out to take a look. He was very professional, great with our dog, and frendly. He had us taken care of in about 40 minutes. Told us future preventative steps we could take and other advice on how to keep it all cleared up. I would definitely call them again.

Jake replaced an outside faucet ( the original faucet from when the house was built in 1953). The faucet was a mini geyser, leaking and spraying water everywhere whenever it was used. Every time I turned it on, I got drenched - which was really aggravating. Jake was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Now I can water my lawn without getting drenched!

Byron came to unclog a very nasty backed up sewer. He had to dig up the sewer outside and snake it. He was extremely professional and calm even though the job was probably the worst sewer back up I have ever seen. I've been a plumber for 22 years so I have seen plenty. I don't do sewers. Highly recommend this company. From the looks of the reveiws all the tech are superb but Byron was exceptional.

We had a leak in our basement near the shut off valve. Brad took a look and knew right away what the problem was. Came back a few days later and replaced the outside pipe that was causing the leak. I will use this company any time. Very nice and professional!

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
