I booked an appointment TWICE to have a plumber come out to do some work. They did not show up either time!!! No call, no notification, nothing.

I just bought a house and their logo was on the HVAC system. These folks were awesome - managed to come the same day and did all the work, called me with anything they found… I recommend them 💯 %

Called to get service and no one called me back - very frustrating

Had to call on a Sunday for an emergency flood situation in my bathroom. Both the gentleman were friendly, efficient, and didn't mind taking the time to explain the situation and answer any questions I had. All in all it was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances. 😊 Eck has done it once again.

Lifesavers!! Had an incredible experience with Carr's plumbing! We were without water for a day or so, the city came out TWICE and couldn't figure out what the issue was. Then Carr's was able find a solution within the hour. Kodi was a very professional young man, didn't hesitate to dive right in and didn't stop until the job was done! Thank you Carr's we will definitely be using you guys in the future!

This guy is great he did great work .he took his time and explained what was wrong with the drain. he was prompt, he responded when Icalled ,his rates were really reasonable! I will definitely call him again the next time we have drain problems. I will have him do a yearly maintenance. I would recommend this guy to everyone any time!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the mistakes the previous plumber who renovated the bathroom. Had working toilet and sink in little amount of time. Costs was about half the price of previous plumber.

Micky did a GREAT job! I scheduled this appointment on a Friday afternoon and Roto-Rooter was on site at my house within 2 hours! Micky did a VERY thorough job and even Camera'd the line to make sure there were no other obstructions. Thanks for your help!

Our furnace started squealing so I turned it off and called to get it it fixed . Since it was a weekend I thought I would wait until Monday to have the work done then reaIized Sunday would be below freezing and our house would not keep warm enough with just a space heater so I called early Saturday morning and was able to have a man come right away. I thought the bearings in my furnace motor were bad but when Ben came he examined the motor and determined it was just a loose belt. I appreciated his
careful exanination and replacing the belt in a timely manner.
Ben had a very friendly and helpful attitude.

Too summarize: I was able to get help right away. The job was done effeciently and well. The workman was pleasant.

They were prompt for coming to look at the project. Both guys that came out looked at the project and gave me a verbal bid, nothing in writing and in my humble opinion should have been a pretty close estimate vs. if you do it this way 700-1500 and if you do it this way 2000-3500. The project wasn't that large and they had all of the information to bid it within a couple of bucks either way. Not impressed. Additionally no follow up and it has been 2 weeks.

Update 06.21.21: Once I posted about my experience, they called me back, and gave me a closer quote on the project. Quite high but a quote none the less, so they did what was requested.

We are out of town and notified by tenants that we had a small leak in the basement, but not an emergency.
Called a few places in Wichita around 5pm and had to leave voicemails. Simmons Plumbing was the only company to call back after hours to schedule a visit. They showed up at 9am the next morning and had the leak fixed by 11am. They were open from the very beginning on the pricing and always asked for confirmation before performing the work. Highly recommend.

I called about installing a water heater in our mobile home. They came out within an hour of calling them. Helped put a reasonable price water heater in our mobile home and we paid cash and they took off the price for paying cash. They will be our plumbers from now on.
