I called yesterday and our appointment was scheduled for the next day. Something came up so the office called me right away, but plumber was still able to make it out before the end of the day. He was professional and polite and so quick. Very happy with the service we received.

Benjamin Flores has a very pleasant personality and is a good representative for your company. After calling, he came immediately to my house, checked out the problem, and fixed it immediately. He explained the problem and did not overcharge me. He sold me a yearly service contract which I am happy to get. It was really cold in here and I am very happy because of him. He made my day.

We just moved into our new home in Wichita and realized our sump pump was not working. I called Kirk at Woodard Plumbing and he arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the problem.

One of their trucks, a service pickup, passed me on the right on Hwy 400, March 23, west of Severy, at about 2:45 p.m. whoever was driving risked their life, my life, and the lives of those behind us. I was driving 55 mph. Less than 2 minutes later, a four lane appears with slower traffic able to move right and let the faster traffic by. The side road was thin with speed bumps so he was into my line, on my right, both of us going west. This is one of the most dangerous instances of driving that I have seen in a long time.

This company t is pathetic, just because it was a warranty claim, they gave me a ridiculous price to replace water lines and gas lines even though it was ok and up to code. I called to ask questions about just leaving the existing lines because I didn't have the almost $700 to replace those lines and haul away the old one. Insurance covered the part and labor but this company tried to get me for unnecessary parts and when I called, they said they would have the technician call me back but never did and when I try calling now, it goes straight to voice-mail and voice-mail is not set up so you couldn't even leave a message if you wanted too. This company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone. Definitely not a reputable company.

My family just bought a house and on a budget and they accepted the offer I had. Talked to me like I was a human and understood the situation of being a first time home buyer and took that into consideration and did not try to add on things I could not afford. They are respectful, and caring. Yes I will call them and use them again if I need them again .

We have used pipe medic multiple times in the past. Matt has always been honest, fair and timely with our repairs. Will use and recommend pipe medic for future plumping needs.

Kenneth and Jay did a fantastic job. Sump pump died and they came out immediately and replaced it. We also had a water powered sump pump backup system installed also. Will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I have used On Time on 3 different occasions for my water heater, sink drain, and HVAC repair. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him. I recently had to have HVAC work done on the weekend and On Time was not only open but willing to send someone out that very next day. Jake helped a ton and had me going within an hour.

I had a really old water heater that was about to go out and needed someone quick! They came the next day, very friendly, and did a great job. I don’t have a sump pump or a drain in my basement but they were able to drain it and haul it off without raising the price.. I will definitely give them a call for any future needs!
