To set things straight, this is not a review of the quality of the work done. The job was well done and the plumber was very polite and professional. The review is for the price. In my opinion, $425 for an hour of work plus the drive time was a little steep. But, I needed the work done and didn't want to delay so it was my choice to go ahead and do it.
I would call an independent plumber next time and not a franchise.

He was very knowledgeable and took the time to correct the problem as good as possible, will probably need more work.

$100 service fee is a little high but I guess it’s my fault. Had an led light so I assumed we had an electrical problem since it was flickering for awhile. Turns out it was just a bad fixture. Very professional and on time.

They came out to replace the water service line from the meter to the house. They were knowledgeable and professional. Cost was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again and will refer them to whoever I know that needs a plumbing repair
