Absolutely great company! I called on a Saturday because I had a pipe start leaking, and they were ready to send someone out right then and there. Luckily it was non-emergent, so I had them come out on a Monday. The technician they sent did a GREAT job! He kept me informed on what he was doing the entire time and explained everything perfectly. Could not have asked for a better service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Exceptional!! Eck has always responded quickly to our calls. We’ve used them for our Heat & Air, plumbing, electrical and septic and have been very pleased with all their services.

Carr Plumbing did work at my neighbors house and hit the electric line then had to run I new line to the transformer coming through my yard. Yard was torn up for over 6 months before finally coming back out to fix the mess. The fix was to just throw grass seed on top of the trench of dirt that was left. Grass did come up, but the yard is so rough and unlevel it's difficult to mow. Granted I have not called to complain, but would have thought since I wasn't the customer they would have made my yard like it was before.

I can't thank you enough for your quick response. Furnace quit working, frozen gas regulator, came within an hour and got it taken care of; especially in this frigid weather. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, good quality work and VERY reasonable. Will highly recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you again.

They called back almost immediately, were out to work on the plumbing the same day, appeared extremely knowledgeable in their field and helped me understand the issue. They will be our go-to plumbing company. :)

The work these guys did for me was great! Called me 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, and showed up in a timely manner. They handled my problem quickly and professionally, and at a very reasonable price. I will definetly call them in the future for any plumbing problems I may have!!

24 Dec 2018, Craig and his work partner (I didn't catch his name) showed up today and went right to work! He was very professional and asked me questions to try and pin point the problem I was having. It was 'tree roots'. It looked like a porcupine was wrapped around the attachment when it came up out of the sewer pipe! He was quite shocked that I had that problem in the area I lived in. Come to find out it was tree roots in the 'city portion' of the sewer lines. He said that he was going to send the city a letter/notify them to come out to our area and ensure that they cleared that up. He also told me how to keep the tree roots cleared! It took them less than an hour and it was money WELL spent and a whole lot cheaper than I expected. Keep up the great work REDDI!

Craig & Justin were AWESOME they arrived assessed the situation and took care of the problem. After finishing they gave us suggestions on how to keep the line clear.
