I used Lyday because I was forced to do so through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lyday did not pull a permit to do the work on my house, below slab repair, and then did not have it inspected. The work done was not done to code and a plumber that came to my house later for a different reason was appalled with the work that was done. He asked me if I had done the work myself because it was unsafe and not done to code. He reported the work to the city inspector, at which time he said no work permit was ever paid for, and no attempt for an inspection was ever made. This project was about $1800 through Lyday and I am currently paying $3000 to have it redone by a qualified plumber. Future customers beware. I work hard for my money, and I really feel taken this time around. I will never use Lyday or American Home Shield for anything ever again.

I would definitely recommend Reddi to others. On a freezing cold day, they were the only ones I found that were able to come and take a look at my malfunctioning furnace asap. The tech I was assigned, Jason, was very prompt, quick, and friendly to work with. I would request him any other day! Thanks Reddi for keeping me from freezing! (cats thank you too)
