They installed a water softener and plumber noticed corrosion on my new hot water heater. They repaired water heater initially but came back out after we noticed the issue again. No charge second time after several months. Plumber was nice and thorough.

Technician was very nice but we are still experiencing the loud popping in our ductwork that we’ve had since the home was built 1.5 years ago. Multiple visits have produced no results. We like your company and chose to renew our service plan but still need this issue resolved.

We noticed a musty smell coming from our bathroom cabinets. When we pulled the vanity away from the wall, we noticed a large crack in our old drainage piping. I called 3D and someone was at our home within 2 hours. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Now I can use my bathroom sink again! Thanks

We found a leak in our basement over the weekend and Colton with On Time Plumbing fit us in his schedule and fixed it that same day. He did a great job explaining the problems he found, making sure we were aware of the whole process of what he was doing, and recommending preventative repairs to consider. I’m relieved to have this taken care of so promptly and I’d definitely call On Time Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Pipeworks was supposed to fix my mothers AC twice, and no showed. First on Thursday, second on today. No response when contacted by phone. My mother is in her 60’s and has not had AC for over a week now in 100 degree temps. 0/10 would not recommend
