Repaired heater fan that was under warranty. Charged me $349 for labor to replace the fan that only took employee 1hr total time to go get part and install. See picture below part is half of what charged for labor.

Blake came out within 30 minutes of me calling Carr's. I had a coolant leak in my new AC unit. He worked fast and efficient to get the job done right and make my house cool again!

(2020 Toilet broke the Friday before Labor Day Weekend. Rich was very empathetic and responsive, getting me scheduled the same day. Never met Patrick or spoke with him and he shows up on my door step demanding payment and if I didn't pay him he threatened to get a foreclosure on my house. Not once did I receive a bill or phone call from him. I wasn't even the one who hired him. Very unprofessional.
