While we didn’t use their services (replace water heater) they were very helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem via pictures and a phone call. Gave us options and suggestions. They could have had us “fix” the problem and then later on had us fix it again and replace our water heater but they were upfront on the solution. While we haven’t replaced our water heater we definitely will when we can afford it. Thank you for your upfront honesty.

Called to get service and no one called me back - very frustrating

****UPDATE: What was initially a simple plumbing call turned into a pretty significant remodel project. Not only did I get an all new bathroom with beautiful Onyx shower and sink, but new floors installed in 4 rooms, a new water softener, updated plumbing, new sink, disposal and faucet in the kitchen, and a major correction of a floor support gone bad in my dining room. Three cheers for Tony, whose patience and expertise was evident through all the issues uncovered in my 1960 home. Also hats off to Pat and Ben who also played a significant part in getting all this done. We're not finished yet, as I have also asked American Services to install a heating system in my garage.

Had a pump replaced in our basement, a new toilet put in a restroom as well as a new fan. In all we had 4 different guys in our house & they all were AMAZING! They knew their stuff. They were all fast, honest & personable. They all took the time to talk with us, explain what they did & answer any questions we had. On top of doing great work their prices were extremely reasonable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Being somewhat mechanically inclined, my friends and I installed a retractable awning over my back patio. It wasn’t quite right, however, so I called my friends at Mr Handyman to come have a look. They took it down, figured out our mistakes, and reinstalled it properly in a timely manner. Tarena coordinated everything beautifully and made it a worry and stress free process. My wife and I are very thankful!

Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had. We have American Home Shield, I called due to our AC not working. A tech came out to our house said we needed a new capacitor and refrigerant. 2 hours after leaving our AC was out AGAIN!!!!We called to get another service call and another company came out who was absolutely AMAZING!!!The new tech said On Time never put a new capacitor just messed with the wiring.The company is very unprofessional and disrespectful!If you need anything AC or heating services DON’T USE ON TIME PLUMBING AND HEATING!!!
