My residential sewer was backing up for 3 days in a row….we’re talking poo in the basement when we would run any water, flush, try to shower, etc.😶 The first company I called (Reddi) couldn’t figure it out through the first 2 days. I lost faith in them and called Mr. Rooter. Brent with Mr. Rooter came out on day 3 and figured it out in no time at all!! The clog/problem was in the city main, and he was able to fix it ALL that day. Including our sump pump that had been ruined in the process! I am so incredibly grateful for his willingness to find the problem. I will call them every time from now on. THANK YOU BRENT!!!

Plumber showed up on time. He worked clean and cleared my clogged pipe. Price was right on par with what I was expecting. He also fixed my drain leak that was under the same sink.

Home warranty company sent them out June/July. Plumber pulled out very few roots and told me my sewer was beyond repair and needed replaced. Sewer line backed up again so I called out a different company. They checked sewer with a camera and said sewer line is not bad enough to have any further repairs done at all. Lyday didnt snake far enough. To not do your job correctly, then lie and say my sewer line needs replaced is ridiculous. It's either them being extremely unethical or extremely incompetent. Call anyone else.
