Best Faucet Repair / Replacement in Wichita KS

Wichita plumbers performed an excellent job replacing my gas-powered hot water heater. As he worked, he was thorough and answered all of my inquiries. Excellent service from Wichita Plumbing.

I needed a plumber for emergency service, and Mr. Rooter's ad said they have 24/7 service. What that means is that they answer the phone 24/7 and take down all your information for marketing purposes before telling you someone can be out Monday. When water is running in the basement, Monday is too late!

Chris and Hunter came out to service my heater. They did a great job! Chris has excellent customer service skills. He made sure everything was checked over throughly and took time to answer all my questions which included a tutorial of my humidifier! Will have him out for all my hvac service needs!!!

Had an emergency due a line in the home that was damaged when the gas utility while doing a a service line replacement. David Lies Plumbing responded quickly found the problem and got it repaired and inspected so we could get the gas back on as quickly as possible. The two man who came to the home were professional and through.

Had to have a sewer line replaced that was corroded in my basement. Colt and Seth arrived and were in and out so fast. Ecstatic to have my kids using their own bathroom again and very happy I wasn't without water and bathrooms all day.

Worthless sense of customer service and over priced

READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Do yourself a favor and schedule with someone other than Wichita Roto-Rooter!

I ended up with all the same issues—bait and switch on pricing, doing work I didn’t ask for to charge more than necessary, no response to complaints. In reply to my initial complaint call, I got a letter from Roto-Rooter that was nothing but half-truths. I followed up with a lengthy e-mail detailing what actually occurred. I GOT NO ANSWER.

After a week waiting for a reply, I re-sent them my e-mail and copied it to the National Roto-Rooter Customer Satisfaction Manager. She passed it off to the Regional Franchise Manager, who passed it right back to Wichita Roto-Rooter asking them to “reach out” to me. Ten more days—NO RESPONSE FROM WICHITA ROTO-ROOTER—ZERO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMER.

I’m turning 70 next month. I had an exceptional person service my sewer for decades who was prompt and thorough and very cost conscious for the customer, but he has sadly passed on, leaving me to find someone else.

Don’t call Wichita Roto-Rooter—there must be another company in the Wichita area that actually cares about serving the customer’s needs.

The team at American Commercial is run like a well oiled machine in my opinion. The customer service is excellent. I have had them out every to service my home HVAC , they have replaced my water heater and repaired faucets and replaced a shower cartridge. They are fair priced and always efficent and very courteous. Five stars from me .

I've had this company come out twice. Once to put a clean out access point in my main trunk and do a line clean out. The second time was to snake a basement drain and install a new faucet in my kitchen. I've always been more than happy with the promptness, quality of work and price. I don't think there is a better company in town. I would and do recommend them to my friends and family.
