Had Reddi come out for a leak and quoted me $6500 for a total repipe. Frank came out and fixed my real problem in 10-15 minutes, cleaned my aerators in all sinks and got me going for a reasonable price. Would 100% use them every time.

Chris and Derrick have always been professional and extremely responsive to any issues I've had. I trust them to get the job done and not charge me an arm and a leg to do so. Will continue to use!

I was introduced to Eck via the recent buyout of Adams Electric (who originally started my project) I needed to get the project finished after a hurricane of bad events led to its delay. I spoke with Trevor and he arranged for Ryan my tech to come out. He had some trouble finding my house (but everyone does who uses GPS, EVERYONE gets lost, lol) so he called me to tell me, I gave him better directions and he was here only delayed by a few minutes. He was super nice, very professional and got the electrical outlet box installed quickly. Would highly recommend calling Eck Services if you need anything done.. The work took about two hours and I am very pleased with the services he provided! He was very helpful and honest.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

Really well run company. We have a crazy schedule and they were easy to work around our schedule and great at communicating both pricing and services needed. The technician was super friendly and did a great job of getting our issue cleaned up quick. Definitely calling them next time!

Had a couple of plumbing issues. They were here the next morning, very personable and professional. I have asked them to bid a remodel on my bathroom I was so impressed. Great company to work with!

****UPDATE: What was initially a simple plumbing call turned into a pretty significant remodel project. Not only did I get an all new bathroom with beautiful Onyx shower and sink, but new floors installed in 4 rooms, a new water softener, updated plumbing, new sink, disposal and faucet in the kitchen, and a major correction of a floor support gone bad in my dining room. Three cheers for Tony, whose patience and expertise was evident through all the issues uncovered in my 1960 home. Also hats off to Pat and Ben who also played a significant part in getting all this done. We're not finished yet, as I have also asked American Services to install a heating system in my garage.
