Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

Good service

Zach came to work on our garage door for what we thought was a small fix. This became a bigger issue which he was ready for and had no problem accommodating to. Zach went out of his way to make sure that all was working well and his customer was satisfied. If I ever need, I will definitely be using Reddi Industries again.

On Time was amazing. When my husband and I suspected a frozen pipe we were definitely panicked! We called another company that said to wait it out and hope it doesn’t burst. That wasn’t the answer we were looking for so we called On Time. Willy, Andrew and Kevin were responsive and thorough. They found the frozen pipe and got us up and running. We were informed that the pipe would have burst within the hour if we didn’t call! So thankful for their help! Saved us a ton of money!
