Mr. Rooter Wichita, came to my rescue. I had the sewer line back up and yuck water was in my basement. They came the same day I called. Dayton Carolina was the service technician. He was fabulous, clean, respectful of my floors and walls, well spoken and knowledgeable about his work. He was efficient and explained our problem, fixed it and cleaned up where he worked. It WAS a great experience. I'll call them whenever I need help with a plumbing problem.

Woke up to a leaking sink, just my luck 🤦🏻‍♀️😂. Called Browns and spoke with Kimber. She said she could have a tech out as soon as tomorrow. Better yet, got a call and got squeezed in this afternoon. Thank you Drake for coming out! This is not the first time we have had Browns out (and sure it won’t be the last), they are always professional, respectful and clean their mess up after! I had a great experience with Lyday. Mychal was very professional and you can tell he really loves what he does and cares about being precise and thorough. They were sent out by my home warranty company after another plumber had been out and had not been able to fix my faucet properly. Mychal did a thorough job and found that my faucet was corroded. I am now getting a brand new faucet from the home warranty company due to Mychal's attention to detail. I will definitely call them in the future and refer them to others!
