I have used Frederick Plumbing for years and never had an issue. Always nice. Always prompt. Very reasonable. This time however, I'm in the middle of selling my house and the inspectors discovered a leak coming from my bathtub into the basement. Although not a 911 kind of situation, it was worrisome as I wouldn't be able to use the main tub and shower in my old 1937 bungalow AND I had a contract pending on my house, so it was important to have this taken care of as soon a possible. I called on a Monday. Next appointment available wasn't until the following Monday! NO WAY! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked if there was anything any sooner; I mean it's a large company. Nope. So on Wednesday, I called Plumbco. They came out within about 2 hours of my call; figured out what needed to be done; replaced some piping and the overflow bathtub/shower drain. Took him an hour and it was less than $200. Sorry Frederick. No more!

Brandon, Jake, and Anthony worked on my broken water line. Customer service was great. They cut the sod off before digging so that I would be able to save my grass. All persons were very polite. Your company came highly recommended from a previous customer. I agree and recommend you to anyone who needs a good company.

I called this company mid-afternoon on 7-22-2020 they told me someone would call me before the end of the day, they did not call so I called them early morning on 7/23/2020 to inquire and was told that they had tried to call me but I did not answer, I confirmed the phone number they had for me which was my cell and it was correct, they did not call me. She then told me she would have someone call me once again, remember, this was early morning and as of one and a half days later I have not heard from them. I have used this company before and was OK with previous experience but extremely unhappy now as they have caused me a several day delay in getting my necessary repair started as I waited for them and finally realized they were just not interested in my particular job. Would have been much better for me if they would have just told me upfront that they did not want to do this so I could have moved on.

Kevin was extremely helpful. He responded very quickly and was at our house about an hour after we called the company. He was professional and helped us with multiple issues. Highly recommend Kevin and On time plumbing.
