The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.

My sump pump line was clogged with weed growth and Sam the tech spent about an hour snaking the line and removing as much of the weeds as he could even after there was water flow. Very satisfied.

Had a sewer backing up and Chris came right over and had it working in no time.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
