The guys from Mr.Rooter repaired a sewer pipe for a gentleman I take care of who is disabled. They were so pleasant and explained everything slowly so he could understand. They were on time and the work they did was high quality. Would definitely recommend them!!

They came to snake my line. Said they went down 100 feet. But my drain was till full of water. Tried to sell me on other services. Called Ben Franklin plumbing. Came right out. Found my sewer was clogged 25 feet down. I told him eck said they went down 100 feet. He laughed, said it was impossible. The water would have went down in your drain. They lied to me. Their snake was half the size of Ben franklin's. Not even the right size. Got ripped off, and lied too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the mistakes the previous plumber who renovated the bathroom. Had working toilet and sink in little amount of time. Costs was about half the price of previous plumber.

Inconsistent. Took them coming out three different days, with different crews to fix the problem. Kept saying it was parts. Didn't show up on time. Did work without consent, without estimates, and then charged card without permission. Left no option for a second opinion. Unprofessional, will not use services again.

A very large shout out to Simmons Plumbing for doing an outstanding job on my water service. Was a pleasure working with Keaton, Dennis and the old school subcontractor Rick that did the digging and trenching. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Allow me to begin by saying, that I had NO idea that a PLUMBER was the professional to call to repair a gas leak. Long story short, we called Lyday Plumbing after smelling a gas leak in our home. The gas company shut off the gas to the entire house for obvious safety reasons. We were without gas heat or the ability to prepare food ( gas range) overnight. Matthew from Lyday Plumbing came out the next day and was able to isolate 3 separate leaks in our crawl space in the lines that lead to our gas fireplace. He shut the gas off to the fireplace in our crawl space so we could at least have the gas company restore gas to the rest of the house ( weather was dipping into the 30’s overnight). He was also able to provide a reasonable estimate of what it would cost to repair the lines. Matthew was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! We will definitely be calling Lyday Plumbing - and requesting Matthew specifically in the future! - Lamar & Cheryle Henderson

Their technician Tim came out and diagnosed oir problem and was able to repair the same day. They let you know the pricing of each step of the process. Tim showed me all the work he completed. The two technicians from On Time Plumbing called 20 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way, they were prompt and on time, they diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. They also took the time to explain the source of the issue and educate me. Very impressed and appreciate of their service. I would recommend On Tim Plumbing to anyone.
