We called Mr. Rooters on a Tuesday evening at about 8 pm. The technician was very prompt and got to our house within the hour. He had to dig around the back of the house looking for a main drain cleanout, after not finding one he had to snake out the drains. He ran about 40 ft of snake into the drains and upon removal it worked! He was polite, honest, and upfront about all of the costs that may be incurred from his visit. They even have a service contract that will give you discounts on the services! I would highly recommend Mr. Rooters to anyone in need of a plumber.

My wife and I have used Roto-Rooter for over thirty years (probably about 8 to 10 house calls) and have nothing but good things to say about their service and friendly employees (folks on the phone and technicians who come to your house). Everyone who comes to our house (Byron most recently) has been knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. They get to the root of the problem, clean up and are finished. This is a good company in my opinion!

I have used several plumbers and i tell you what simmons is the best i have came across.....i had a major issue and no water for a couple days due to a hiccup and these guys came to the rescue and were at my home within 30 minutes of calling....i felt bad that they were away from their family because i called last minute....didnt once complain about coming or the work....family based and professional....they did quality work at an excellent price!! Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
