I’ve used Mr. Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with their service and rates.

Today, I had an plumbing emergency and Mr. Rooter was out to take a look and begin repairs with one hour. The staff was friendly, polite, professional and respectful. I’d highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

Our property manager had them come out to unclog a sewer pipe on our rental. Their auger bit on the snake was broken. They tried for 2 hours and said the pipe needed replaced. They quoted 14000$!!! We just had another one replaced for 3800.00 by a different company. A different company came out and cleared the pipe (with a working auger) and quoted 2-2500.00 to replace the pipe if we need it in the future. PD sent us a bill for 300.00. For doing nothing with a broken tool!

Was your tool broken that your plumber was using? And my umber is not a cheap plumber. It is a longstanding reputable company in Augusta we have used for years. Your price quoted was almost 7 TIMES his price!!! You don't think that's excessive?

Great service and friendly plumbers had drain line clog outside and backing into basement. These guys were great and did not cost much will recommend to anyone.
