Best Leaking Water Heater in Boston MA
These guys were amazing. Matt responded within 15 minutes to a Father's Day 'hail mary' and had someone here less than 12 hours later. His team was professional, efficient, and walked me through all of my options. They solved a challenging problem with ease. They saved the day.

I am updating my review to show my enormous appreciation to Tony. We're getting a snow storm and he promptly responds to my text, and says he'll be here. He's the best!
Tony Zammit deserves 10 stars! I texted him today that I didn't have heat, and he came immediately from his last job. He's competent, responsive, fairly priced and a terrific person to work with - I highly recommend him!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.
After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.
True Blue is a keeper company, and we are *very*grateful that we received no response from the first company we called! Thank you!

My supply hose to my dishwasher bursts open and flooded my kitchen and basement.
Akin came out before 10am the following day to do the repair. Knowledgeable, personable and experienced. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Silas and his crew has done 2 jobs for us now. He is punctual, polite, and professional. Last year he was able to beat two local, 5 star rated on Angie's list, Hvac companies estimated by over $2000. I do not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. I don't personally have any interest in the company, nor do I know anyone that works for them personally. He has been honest and reasonable with his assessments and followed up by squeezing me in in between jobs when I was in need. This company is legit, and I was lucky to stumble upon them online. I hope you will find this review in a time of need, because I know they will deliver for you.

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

I have lived in a house that’s 125 years old for over 40 years; believe me—I have some experience with plumbers! I’m here to tell you that High Quality Plumbing is far and away the BEST company I have ever dealt with. They are expert at what they do, show up when they say they will, and truly care about doing the best possible job at the least possible expense to the homeowner. Call them. You will be glad you did.

Easy to schedule a service call. Their plumbers are always courteous and do their best not to make a mess and to clean up when they complete the job.

We had Silco install a new furnace and AC in 2016, and it was the worst decision I have ever made as a homeowner. They made beginner mistakes with the installation, like removing copper when stripping wires resulting in an intermittent connection they had to return to fix. Then they replaced leaked coolant twice before they figured out they installed a faulty unit from the start - but Silco still charged me $400 for the work, despite the inconvenience of several service calls and the fact that we had no AC for the whole summer. Now, in 2020, I find out that they failed to install a filter holder as the installation directions clearly say to do. They expected us to put the filter directly inside the furnace cabinet instead (see photo) which is difficult, unsafe, and makes the filter not work properly. We are going to have to pay a lot to have a filter holder retrofitted.
Not sure if they don't know better, can't read, or just don't care, but stay away from Silco Plumbing. Oh, and they leave their empty soda cans for you to pick up.
