I used different providers for ac and heating before and I have now consolidated all my services with Horvitz. Their new membership is fantastic, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Matt took his time to verify the current condition of plumbing, ac and heating using a preventive approach and walked me through his findings and recommendations. I highly recommend their services.
I had a terrific experience with Horvitz Plumbing. Matt and Jeff are super knowledgeable and responsive and do excellent work. Their estimates and prices were fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.
New owner's team are easy to work with and do competent work.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I worked with Horvitz Plumbing on a commercial project for my small business in boston. The project was somewhat complicated, Matt and his team came up with fantastic solutions and made the process seamless. They were professional, prompt and so kind! Their admin/scheduler Odette is proactive in her communication and also made the project painless. I would work with them again both for residential and commercial work.

Someone will always answer your call. Provided same day service. I would recommend them to anyone. Able to diagnose a no heat call on a boiler with no issue. Will use them for all plumbing and heating services

Nikoli from Horvitz Plumbing & Heating was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and took care in surveying our HVAC system. After he finished up, we ran out to ask a follow-up question. Nikoli was very understanding and happy to come back to our unit, spending additional time with us until we had all questions answered. It is obvious he is very passionate about safety and making sure all customers understand the workings of their HVAC units.
Horvitz, particularly Nikolia, excels in providing dedicated customer care from start to finish. I absolutely love Horvitz Plumbing. They do everything right. Other service providers should take note on how to run a service business. Their office manager, Odette keeps the entire business operating like a well-tuned machine. They are responsive and very professional. I highly recommend calling them next time you need plumbing services
Recently, Jeff from Horvitz Plumbing did a great job converting my 3-handle to single handle shower faucet. The job was quite challenging as there is no access behind the existing faucet and pipes while maintaining the existing tiles at the front. The new shower faucet looks and works perfectly. Horvitz Plumbing also did other projects for my home in the past years. Every job was on time, quick and done perfectly.

We have been using Horvitz plumber for our plumbing needs in Boston. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. Odette is a pleasure to work with when it comes to emergencies and booking appointments.
My husband was coming home from rehab for a hip replacement and I needed a new shower faucet with a hose and grab bar fast. I called Horvitz and a friendly plumber came the next day and did a very professional job and left the work area spotless. I would recommend Horvitz highly.
