Best Water Jetting in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

McMahon plumbing was very professional. They received my request and dispatched a truck that morning. Jose, the technician, was fast, a clear communicator, and explained everything. I would definitely recommend McMahon plumbing and use them again!

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Anthony, the proprietor of Drain Flow, is amazing. He's skilled in his profession, he's honest, he's fair with his pricing and he always does his best to get to you ASAP. Every time we've called him, he sees us that day if he can our the next day. He's helped us many times since 2012. He's the guy who helps little old ladies whose water heater dies in the middle of winter FIRST because that's a true emergency for the elderly. He's a good guy with a great heart. We'll be working with him as long as we need a plumber because he always comes through.

I had a plumbing problem and I called to Pann Home Services. Tim B. was assigned to come into my house. He identified the problem and discussed with me all possible options how to fix it. The job was performed very efficiently. We have been customers of Pan Home Services for many years. I think that the success of this company in attracting new and keeping the existing customers is mostly in the hands of its employees. Workers like Tim B. make this company successful. He is very technically adept and he also provides highly professional advice on the necessary services. I trust Tim B. This company has people I trust. Workers like Tim B. make myself and others your loyal customers. I will happily refer your company to my friends. Thank you again for hiring such a highly professional employee.

These guys are awesome! Responded quickly and explained everything as they did it. Double checked their work before they left to make sure the clog was cleared and we wouldn't have an issue in the near future. Would definitely call them again!

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

If I could give Jason at Rapid Flow a 100 stars, I would. I had a real complicated plumbing situation. I had roots in the main drain, and it was severely complicated by RotoRooter (please never use RotoRooter unless you want to be screwed over and over again. Instead of unclogging my drain, Rotorooter technician got their snake stuck, left it in there for good, left the drain plug and hatch to the pit open, as a result of which I had sewage pour into my basement, thereby creating a very expensive and hassling situation out of a simple one). I called Boston Drain, and their technician could not unclog it. Boston Drain refused to jet the line and suggested a very expensive dig for pipe replacement. In despair, I called RapidFlow. Jason called me back. He was super confident from the get go, and so reasonably priced that I could not say no to his help. He went in and after 3 hours of snaking the drain at night cleared it for me. Boston Drain folks went in the next day, and their master tech told me that Jason had done an unbelievably astounding job on clearing the drain. I was told by unrelated folks that the drain was clear to function without a hitch for 20 years. That apart, I have to say that I have never had an amazingly helpful service person in. I never met Jason in person (I was not at the property, and only talked with him over the phone). He saved me a mountain of heartache, hassle and expense. I cannot help rave about him enough. This guy is out of this world good at his trade. He did not leave me in the lurch like RotoRooter. He worked his magic on a very large root (several inches thick) that had the main drain completely blocked shut. Most everybody would perform a drain surgery to clean it up...but not this guy. He is a wizard.
If you have drain clogs, don't bother going anywhere. Call RapidFlow and ask for Jason. If he cannot fix it, then I do not think anyone else can.

Bill from Roto-Rooter was very thorough fixing our toilet leak. He was a very nice guy and he even cleaned up our floors with cleaning solution after he was finished. The customer service reps on the phone were also very nice. i highly recommend this company.

A/C unit annual service. Technician Josh was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional while also being personable and friendly. He took time to explain some changes that would help our system run more efficiently and silently and made some recommendations for us to follow up about. He arrived within the time window stated and thoroughly inspected the system, excellent service all round.

Trust 1 replaced a leaking corroded AC unit in my small crawlspace this year. The original install was done in two days and we were cool all summer. They are very careful of the homeowners property. Unfortunately I had a few complications. Trust 1 has responded to my issues with CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So often a company falls short on service after the initial purchase. Trust1 sent service to trouble shoot my issues until the problem was solved. My particular problem was not easy to find and they kept at it until they found a solution. Any company that stands behind their work with service is a good company to work with. I was a distressed homeowner and they came to the rescue. Christine in the office is a pleasure to work with as well. I have one more job to set up with them at the moment and I know I can count on them.

Chris, Matt and the Plumbing Solutions team did an incredible job installing our new meter. They were responsive, polite, professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.
