He took the time to explain the specifics of what was wrong with our radiator, fixed it and also was thorough in checking whether there was something else that needed to be repaired. I've always had to deal with window unit air conditioners. They do the job, but they're ugly, heavy, cool a limited space, and worst of all loud. When I bought my first home last year, I overlooked the importance of having good air conditioning while living in the north shore and had to make due with an enormous wall unit in the living room which when turned on is so loud you can't hear anything else. Upstairs gets so hot and humid as to make my home office unusable during the summer months. I couldn't deal with another summer like that, so I looked around for someone who could improve my situation and I landed on AquaFlow. Right away on the phone, Vincent was very friendly and told me he'd come take a look at the house the next day. First thing the next morning he shows up, looks around, then suggests mini split air conditioning. He says he can begin the next day, and sure enough the next day Vincent and Ryan come with all the equipment and get straight to work. It was a big job but they got it done in less than a week! Very friendly and professional the entire time they were working. The air conditioning has now been running flawlessly for over a month. The best air conditioning I've ever had and whisper quiet! The two units upstairs cool the entire floor and I can now work comfortably in my home office all day! I'll definitely be calling upon AquaFlow again for my future plumbing and air conditioning needs. I'm incredibly impressed by the service and professionalism.

Happily, and consistent with other reviews here, they were great to deal with and helped us resolve our concerns fairly and expeditiously. Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

Found out the hot water was out when I woke up. Rich was able to come check it out later that day, and replace the boiler tanker the next day, and explained the specific issues. Very friendly and professional. The woman on that I spoke to on the phone, Yamira, was also very friendly and professional. Very impressed with the experience.

Eric was at my home in minutes when my water heater went. He was pleasant and reassuring in my crisis. He even left his dinner he had just picked up to help me. Loved Eric and Trust 1. Amazing crew!

I've used Irfan and his team several times now, and the service continues to be excellent. This team is fast, reasonably priced, and reasonable to work with. Communication is a major positive point, and if you've worked with others you know this can be a pain point.
