He came on short notice Monday morning and took care of everything quickly, and also offered me DIY recommendations so I can fix minor issues myself in the future. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich on getting two of my boilers replaced. Rich is extremely friendly, professional and thorough gentleman. He came over as soon as I called him, was very detail oriented with the work outline and the quote. He is technically brilliant and made very valuable suggestions that helped me get the most appropriate boiler for my house. He also helped me do the paperwork for the masssave rebate and loan program. His prices are very economical and the whole project was finished in a span of one week. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I was very impressed with True Blue and highly recommend them. When my gas furnace malfunctioned, I needed to find someone to come out and fix it. As a new homeowner, it was the first time I have needed a plumber / HVAC technician and so I was a new customer when I called. Steve was at my house just a few short hours later working on it. When a part came in sooner than expected, be came back out on a weekend to finish the job earlier than expected. Steve and the man working with him were both very professional and courteous, and did not leave until they were 100% satisfied problem had been rectified. I will absolutely use True Blue for all future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Washer installation was fast and inexpensive. $125. Sean was on right on time. We needed to move it to another location and had to hire some movers and he was able to come back that afternoon to install it. He didn’t put the anti slip feet on it so it moved on its first wash when it shook but he was Professional, I’d use them again.
