Employees are helpful, the wait for the checkout even in the new normal with social distancing and all was quick and hassle free. Found a good sale, I would recommend this place.

Horrifying experience at delivery and installation of washer and dryer. Both appliances were bent during delivery and installed not only incorrectly, but dangerously. The manufacture’s team inspected and was shocked by how irresponsible the service was — the appliances were stacked without any bolt fixation and could easily cause serious body damage. For the safety of your properties and yourself, please be warned and stay away.

Store delivery a day early and quick retrieval process.

To crowded and chaotic

For this review, please keep in mind that we literally live within a 5 minute drive from the South Bay Home Depot. As in we've walked there before.

On 12/30/2017 we ordered a fridge from the South Bay Home Depot because our current one broke down and no longer refrigerates properly. The order went through very quickly and a delivery was scheduled for 1/4/2018. So far so good.

Of course it doesn't get delivered that day, but after we call to ask they tell us they changed the delivery date to 1/6/2018. They even called us to let us the night before to let us know that the fridge would be delivered between 10am-2pm. Still not too bad.

But of course nobody shows up. After contacting support and being put on hold twice they try to put the blame on GE for not delivering the fridge to the warehouse on time. We're not too happy with Home Depot anymore.

After complaining to them again, they rescheduled the delivery to 1/10/2018. Lo and behold the delivery guys show up... but refuse to deliver the fridge! Something about there being no parking on our street (there was, just farther down) and that parking on the main road (which is 20 feet away) wouldn't work because there was too much snow. Seriously?? We live in New England. Why even bother opening during the winters?

Anyway, it's now 1/13/2018 and we've been on hold trying to contact the Customer Support line for over an hour. And every minute we're reminded that our call is very important to them! Sure... maybe it's important to them, but it'd be nice if they let is show!

In conclusion, I'd absolutely recommend ordering a fridge from Home Depot in the future, so long as you're OK with continuing to let your food rot because they can't get their act together enough to deliver it!

It was good I got what I went to get

Terrible service paid last month for a door to be installed and the door still hasn't been installed due to a lack of communication between the store and the contractor.

Lots of stuffs necessary for a nice home at very low prices. Prices comparable to amazon or the Walmart.

I went there to buy carpet and they don't have restock carpet . So I had to get the only carpet they had on display. I was running of time to set up my booth on a trade show

Been to many depots this is the best
