I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

I recommend these guys 100%. When I call Joe the owner or the secretary that’s the beginning of my plumbing problems being resolved….every time!

We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.

After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.

True Blue is a keeper company, and we are *very*grateful that we received no response from the first company we called! Thank you!

In a 100 year old house Brian replaced a 45 yr old toilet with a new one. Naturally he ran into issues and problems because of the age of the house, but had an answer and solution for all. He is a problem solver and a perfectionist, who clearly believes in doing things the right way rather than the easy way. John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

I hired Tom and his team to install a half bathroom in my basement, add some heating and move my laundry to it’s own separate room.
