I've used CTW Plumbing and Heating for the last several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their estimates are competitively priced, their workmanship is top-notch, they're responsive, and I can always count on them in a pinch. I've had them out to replace faucets, a water heater, and heating blower motor, and each time they arrived when they said they would and performed quality work. John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

Couple years ago they came out for an estimate to install a new bathroom. The appointment for the estimate and receiving the estimate was very quick. Their price was fair, although we ended up deciding not to install the bathroom. This year they replaced a water heater for us. The water heater itself ended up being faulty and they had to replace the new one too. Worked with Matt on the water heater and he was great to work with.

Matt replaced old and leaky 3 handle valve setups in two fiberglass tubs with new single handle setups. He is prompt, professional and fair priced. I recommend Matt and T-Flow without hesitation for any plumbing needs.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

They came within an hour of my call and determined my leak was from a pipe behind the kitchen sink & kitchen cabinet! They removed all the damaged wood , insulation & replaced the pipe quickly! Before they started they quoted me a reasonable price which was very nice to hear!! Before they left they tested everything to ensure the leak was resolved! Highly recommend them! And will use them going forward!

Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.
