Not often in this day and age you can get a reliable professional and knowledgeable heating expert. Frank exceeded my expectations, solved my heating issue for my tenant and did it with determination. I will be saving this contact for future use as well as referring him to my real estate clients. Worth his weight in gold IMO. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere . Extremely reasonable and stress free.

They have preformed numerous repairs and inspections for us. Each time their work has been outstanding, very respectful of the house, and they have exceptionally competitive pricing.

The first time they removed an exceptionally deep and stubborn clog. We had a 25' drain snake, which was not able to reach it. The 2nd time they diagnosed and repaired a sump pump float switch. The 3rd time, most recent, they conducted preventive maintenance of our heating system. They removed all the air, identified which issues I did not need to repair now (just keep an eye on), and conducted training on boiler operation . These folk truly know their craft and preform exceptional work.

I will continue using this service company as my go-to plumbers.

If you have a clogged drain stop looking around, and just call Andy with Drain Stars. I’ve used them twice now, and Andy’s service is second to none. They are polite when they answer the phone, courteous/clean when they are working at your house, and their pricing is very reasonable!

I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

My family had the hardest time when we had water damage in our home and the walls behind the wallpaper are covered with mold. WMF team did a great work and left all of us with smiles! We knew we were putting our money in a great, valuable, and secure company. We recommend using them for any mold or water damage!

Jim is very couteous and professional when he is in our home. Once i called Jim when my heater wouldn't start in Feb, I called him at 6 in the morning and heater is working at 9. It helps that he is very responsive for emergencies.

I could not recommend Boston Standard highly enough! They were incredibly responsive to the issues in my unit, and Tim was unbelievably helpful, thorough, and patient with all of the various complexities that came up during the diagnosis. Would highly encourage anyone reading this to go with Boston Standard.
