Best Plumbing Repair And Maintenance in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

We know Tony for a few years and he is always on time, willing to help, and get things done professionally. He even answers my my husband’s questions related to plumbing through text message from time to time, at no charge. We recently just moved and had him come over to take a look at a clogged tub. He took care of it and gave suggestions on how to prevent things to happen again as he always did. Meanwhile we had a HVAC guy checked our heating system and one of the valves just started leaking and HVAC guy didn’t have the right valve to fix the leaking. Tony stepped in and helped us replace the valve at no cost. We just feel so lucky to know such a knowledgeable and helpful plumber. Would recommend to everyone!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
