Without question the most positive experience that I have had with any plumbing service. The plumber arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and articulately explain it to me. I will be certain to use Beacon Hill Plumbing again.

Not enough experience, I called to check a leak, the plumber had no idea to do the basics to find out the problem, next day I figured out the problem, after days I received the invoice, of one hr of service, do not call them, no solutions are all.

Tyrese came to retrieve an earring I'd dropped down my bathroom sink, and he was so friendly and professional, and quick!! Plus he came the same day I called, even though Greg said he couldn't guarantee they'd have time that day. Super happy with Beacon Hill Plumbing—they'll definitely be my go-to from now on!

The plumber spent about 2 hours to install a simple water valve, and clogged the kitchen faucet. The plumber couldn't fix the faucet, but still spent another 2 hours working on the faucet even after I told him I would get a new one. And they charged me 4 hours. Complete waste of money and time. I had to call another plumber to fix the mess.

Ty was on time, friendly, positive, and fast. An excellent experience.

Charged 950 for a fifteen minute faucet replacement. Replacement was of low quality.

Really disappointed with the professionalism of the dispatcher Greg...Had an issue with a leaky faucet and the plumber was there 10 mins and charged me $180. Totally understand there is a $180 minimum but thought there would be a little give..

I really loved Greg's dentist analogy..If you went to see a dentist for 10 minutes do you think he would reduce his rate..

or..if you owned the unit and cared about it why didn't you fix the problem yourself (p.s Greg..If I lived next door I would've)

I can’t say too much about them…they were awesome and I’ll use them again and again… You don’t get this type of service from anyone else!!!

Recently we had flooding in the basement without any idea of the source - turns out it was a boiler in the building next stoor which has burst and somehow (gotta love Beacon Hill!) the water seeped through one basement floor and up into another. The only reason we knew that is because BHP had been considerate enough to contact us when they heard - thru the grapevine - about our mystery issue. This saved us an incredible amount of worrying and $$$.

I always ask up front for an estimate and take into account any minimal charge - a few of us in the building have on occassion coupled our plumbing requests to make it worth their while. When we were considering piping gas so that the electric stove could be replaced with gas, they stopped by, took a look, provided all the answers, no charge.

Really appreciate all of the prompt service guys and the proper repairs being made. Having every person be such a pleasure to work with says a lot about a company, every technician always goes the extra mile to make sure we are 100% satisfied. Can't thank you enough for all the hard work!

Beacon Hill Plumbing just did another superb job at my house. One of the loops in my forced water heating system had failed. The plumber, Greg, quickly diagnosed the problem the problem and fixed it inside of three hours. Greg was professional and honest.

Price gougers of the worst sort. Plumber calls up a second guy to run faucets on a different floor while he watches, and they charge full hourly rate for the second guy too. Impossible to schedule at a convenient time, doesn't send the plumber who worked on the problem last. Unpleasant to deal with on the phone. This company is the worst. Do not hire them.

We had an excellent experience with Beacon Hill Plumbing.We ran out of hot water because one of our water heaters broke. As a hair salon, that is an extremely emergent situation. Beacon Hill Plumbing solved our problem quickly and promptly. The gentleman who was sent to us was polite and got the job done. We highly recommend Beacon Hill Plumbing and would use them again.

My water heater was about to let go and my regular plumber had discounted it this morning because he obviously did not want to do the work. As the heater began to leak, I called Beacon Hill Plumbing and Heating who had been recommended by my rental broker. Steve was here within two hours, efficiently disconnected the old heater and installed a new one saving me untold distress and money had the heater given way and flooded my apartment. Steve was friendly, professional and a no-nonsense worker. Beacon Hill will have my business from now on. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

One of the employees in this company's van collided into my parked car while attempting a parallel park and sped away. They left a large tear in damage. Fortunately, a witness left a note who saw the whole event.

Had some toilet issues but the guys over at Beacon did a great job fixing it! The plumber that came out was surprisingly well dressed, very professional, and really nice. Plus he wasn't that annoyed when my cat crawled all over him while he was working...poor guy! Bottom line, if you live in Beacon Hill and need a plumber this should be your place.

My water pipe burst at 1:00 am this morning. My landlord called this place and Trevor came at 2:00 am. He was extremely courteous and professional. He investigated and turned the water off and said he would return at 9:00 am to finish the repair. He left around 2:30 am. He came back right on time and located the leak with a carpenter. Bought supplies and worked to replace the pipe until 1:00 pm. I don’t think this guy slept or even ate lunch. Seemed calm, confident, and easy going and generally had a good spirit. Really appreciate your hard work. Thanks again!

Have lived in Beacon Hill for years and have experienced major issues (old pipe in basement burst) and minor (replacing fixtures) and the guys at Beacon Hill Plumbing have always responded immediately and provided excellent work.

When I put in a new kitchen they were able to do the plumbing and gas work, even though this is not their general business. They priced better than other plumbers who really were not interested in a small job.

Trevor and company were super helpful....definitely more patient, clear and articulate, and peaceful than your average plumbing services.

We experienced major interior leaks on two floors. BHPH responded superbly with Josh and Tyrese who were meticulous and painstaking in resolving complicated issues.

From initial contact to job completion this firm was exceptional. Very willing to accommodate my challenging schedule. Trevor was efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. First on my list for any plumbing issues in the future
