I was in a desperate place, the temperature had started dropping and the heating unit had failed. The tenants in the unit were not happy, and neither was I. It was Saturday afternoon, and I had called two plumbers already, and couldn't get my calls returned.

But Matt, picks up and is always there. I explained what the problem was.

Even though, it was out of his way, he said he was going to stop by and take a look. He was there with in the hour. I was completely at a loss at what to do with the heater, and some how through a combination of skill, expertise, and knowledge, it was fixed in another hour. I don't know how Matt works his magic, but it works for me when I need it.

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. I used High Quality Plumbing to replace my old boiler system that provided water for both the heating and hot water systems. The boiler was completely inoperable and the house was without hot water (and heat but it was May).

Simon came to my home to evaluate the existing system. After discussing with him what I thought I wanted and needed, Simon educated my on my options. This was an important step in the process as the solution I was interested in was tankless and high efficiency. Water quality plays an important factor in these systems.

It was during Simon's initial visit that decided I was going to use High Quality. Simon stressed wanting to get things right, not only from the standpoint of installation but also ensuring the system we were evaluating was the right solution for my home. Within 24 hours, Simon sent an extremely detailed quote with all the secondary and tertiary things needed for the installation. The quote came in $1000 under a quote from Winters Home Services (3 options, all very boilerplate).

After accepting the quote from High Quality Plumbing, Simon immediately came out and installed a 20 gallon hot water heater as a temporary solution because I had been without hot water (the reason why we were getting the boiler replaced).

Work started on time and was done the exact day Simon had scheduled. Inspection was passed without issue. He and his team were very clean and respectful.

Great person and company to work with. They came out on short notice to install a new gas stove, same day. Installation was quick and professional and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend highly as the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I will be using again!
