I live in an 1880 brownstone in the Back Bay so every repair is complicated. Anthony of Drain Flow Inc was great! My unusual low-boy water heater died and he managed to find a replacement with a 10-year warranty. He and his helper were troopers bringing the old water heater out and the new one in; I live on the 4th floor. The installation went smoothly and now I have hot water! Highly recommend using Drain Flow for your plumbing needs.

Nick and his team are the most professional and experienced plumbers I have ever delt with in the past. I needed there help at my house a few times and one particular time my hot water tank and house heat wasn't working coming back from a trip and they were able to squeeze me in there busy schedule and take care of the problem that same day. AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review today, because I want to share with everyone my experience with plumbing issues... First thing to do is call Rapid Flow...!!!
Had Cranney Plumbing first, bottom line they said they couldn't help me and referred me to the city for sewerage probs... City responded promptly since I couldn't use my water nor my toilets... They informed me that it was not an issue on their part, that the blockage was from my house to the main sewer line... The cost to do this was more that I could handle... I was in shock... The City referred me to Rapid Flow... I reached out to them, and they sent Peter right away, (great guy...!!). Peter fixed my problem within 20 minutes...!!! Peter was so friendly, and very knowledgeable...!! He is the best...!! And the cost, was 1/2 of the cost of what Cranney Plumbing was originally charging me, and couldn't accomplish... Kudos to you, Peter...!!

We had flooding issues in the basement and it was an emergency. WMF send a team and took care of it. They were very nice and did a good job.

Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
