I would highly recommend Chillie Willie for heat pump installation! They installed a five zone split for our house, were very professional and responsive throughout the quote process, worked with us to ensure the best placement of the units themselves, and did a great/professional job installing the system. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I can’t say enough great things about Akian Plumbing and HVAC. I was without heat and hot water in February. My initial consult was with Steve Akian, who was fair and answered all of my questions and concerns, and he helped me with my insulation company. Zach the manager of the team came to my house to assess the job. He was detailed and loved on my dogs! Merrissa was always a text or phone call away throughout my project. Greg and team came to install my hot water heater, and they were friendly and efficient. I had a basement flood in the midst of the project, when electrician Chris came to connect the hot water heater’s electricity. Enter plumber Jessica who installed 2 sump pumps while Chris, Greg, and team removed the ankle deep water from my basement. My new heat pump system took 3 days to complete. There was an army of guys working in the basement and attic (sorry for all of the stairs). They were all friendly and professional and again loved on my dogs who were stressed with all of the activity. Jorge, Joseph, Jacob, Greg, Chris, and George were some of the army. To my surprise they even fixed my screen door. My new heating system is fantastic! Zach returned to finalize the project and spent time teaching me about my fancy new thermostats. Thank you to all of them!!! Donnele and another great crew member were back to clean my ducts which were pretty dirty. I reached out to Montrond Company during a heat wave when my AC gave up on me. Silas answered the call and stopped by to look at my unit the same day that evening and figured out it was the capacitor that was broken. He was able to replace it the following morning and I've had no issues with my AC since then! I am impressed with Silas and the Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. He gave me some good advice and suggestions on a heating issue I've been dealing with and plan to use them for that project as well. The Montrond Company is trustworthy and has the customer's best interest at heart.

Daniel and his employees are professional and highly skilled. They installed a natural gas furnace and on-demand tankless water heater in our house, then helped us clear out the old oil furnace and apply for MassSave rebates. We are very happy with the results.

After trying a few other companies for a repair issue, we were referred to Boston Standard by a neighbor and the service experience with Brian Mason was exceptional; his professionalism, diagnostic expertise, recommendation and response time.Our repair required a few visits which was managed in a timely and efficient manner.The company provides a multitude of photos, diagnostic reports and pricing options after each visit so the entire process is transparent and clearly explained to the customer. And they were always pleasant and nice to us.I highly recommend requesting Brian Mason for any diagnostic issues as we will do going forward. We’ll also be signing our annual service contract with them.As my neighbor observed, they’re on their game.
