Frank answered our emergency call to have our gas oven hooked up. He came to our home 20 minutes after the call and really helped us when we were in a bind. He was responsive, quick and did a fantastic job. Will use him again in the future.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

We had a very difficult problem and McMahon Plumbing was very responsive and figured out what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. They are very professional and they do care about the homeowner.

Recently our toilet drain became clogged, and not having a plumber, we posted on our community email site asking for recommendations, which is how we found Tony. Within a few hours he arrived with his crew and soon unclogged the drain. (For dog owners: Our dog is very territorial, but within moments of Tony arriving she was letting him pet her.) Tony has come three more times, the second time to replace our toilet when installed by a previous plumber having it some distance from the wall; now it is positioned as it should have been. Next, he put in a pop-up drain cover in the bathroom sink. This week I contacted him asking if he knew someone who serviced in-ground sprinkler systems as I was unable to contact the company that serviced our system. Tony, who was working a few house away, came and showed me how it works. Whenever there is any plumbing related issue, we will always contact Drain Flow Inc.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I have had Pann Home Services & Remodeling as my home furnace service provider for many years. They are always on time for appointments, and a lot of the time they can come earlier than the original appointment time. They explain everything they are doing, and are extrememly consciencous about cleaning up after their work.

So far so good! My very old central air died July 3rd, in the middle of one of our worst heat waves ever. I wasn't an existing customer, yet their customer service has been great from the start. My emergency call was returned within hours, the diagnostic appointment was within days, and the service technician (thank you, Vinny!)was professional and informative, and was patient answering all my questions.I received a text and call to let me know my tech was on the way and even received a text with my tech's picture and bio so I'd be comfortable with him in my home. As a woman alone at the time, that was a relief.We've scheduled to have our central air unit replaced. My hope is this great customer service continues!

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Quick to schedule, Chris and James were there on time, gave a quote with lots of options, easy to pick which items we wanted/needed, and did the work quickly and very thorough. Recommend them for steam heat repairs/maintenance.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.

I will be using Rich for any future hot water heater or boiler needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

One day, I found water damage at my house and no idea what to do, so I quoted a message on Yelp. Within 5 minutes this WMF company responded me. I called them and fixed an appointment. On the very next day, they came and dried all the affected area carefully. Really liked their quick service. Thank You for your excellent service guys..!!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

After a few bad experiences, I stopped using them. They take forever and are always trying to charge for unnecessary work. I'm ok with being ripped off a little bit - all workmen do that - but these guys take it to another level.
