Best Hot Water Tank in Boston MA

My wife and I called and they were able to get guys to our house in two hours. Thought I had a leaking pipe but the job ended up being much bigger and they were up front about what needed to be done. Totally professional guys who stayed at it until it was done. Will hire again for regular work / improvements and not just emergency stuff. Excellent per hour rate.

We've had problems with our kitchen drain for years - slow draining, glugging, etc. No one ever really made the problem go away and finally a few evenings ago the entire thing backed up fully - affecting all of the drains in our apartment. I called Drain Flow at 7:15 and Anthony was at our place by noon and had the problem really solved by 1:00PM. He was incredibly pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. A great experience. And although I don't actually ever hope that we need to call him again - I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

Rich Mathews is really a good HVAC and plumbing expert, very genuine and honest with estimation, work and well organized. We got flooded and the hot water stopped functioning, called so many places, Rich was out on another job, promptly returned my calls, texts and emails. He also has a great relationship with the local town inspectors that is able to coordinate very efficiently on permits and inspection times. He came over on Saturday and got the water heater replaced by Monday, again kept us in the loop with the process. Fixed few things which the builder had forgotten about it during initial construction. He has kept in contact after the job was done to make sure we were runing and if other items related to water damage were getting addressed, highly recommend him, glad that I found my plumber for all future work (Thanks Rich !)

After numerous phone calls , we hooked up with Steve and his crew. We will be customers forever. They are, without a doubt, the most professional company to work with. We had no heat in various parts of the house for 9 days and they worked diligently to get it back on. They also fixed three broken pipes. I hired Akian to install a new central air system in my older Cape home after issues dealing with another HVAC company. The project ended up being extraordinarily complex and required the reworking of the ducts in a confined crawl space. Antonio and Rich spent a total of six days reworking the system during a massive heat wave. They were professional, timely and dedicated to ensuring the system was install properly. Knowledge and experience are critical to the proper installation of an HVAC system and despite unforeseen challenges I was more than confident in Antonio and Rich’s abilities. Highly recommend.

Heating and A/C are trades where you have to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest technician can really ruin your day. I have found this out the hard way a couple of times.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas fired boiler. It was installed in 2012. Not everybody can service this equipment properly. A couple of weeks ago I found out the tech. I've been using has retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new tech.
I searched the Buderus company site, which led me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in business around 20 years. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyway, about a week ago, Aquaflow's owner Vincent came by and did a thorough preventive maintenance/cleaning of the system. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable of the system. He had quoted me what I feet was a fair price, and spent more than a solid couple of hours going through everything. He measured its operating efficiency, and gave me a written report, which no one else ever did.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all types of heating systems. Believe me, if he can service Buderus, he can easily handle the others. Vincent also offers complete plumbing services.
