Best Heating And Furnace in Boston MA

I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

Amazing customer service all around! Antoinette made it so easy to schedule the service appointment when speaking to her it felt like I was talking to a life long friend she was so pleasant and polite! Unlike other companies who sit on the phone mouth breathing! lol as for plumber Jose! He switched out my shower fixtures and redid the plumbing and made repairs to the toilet! very clean tooo! I will continue to use McMahon for all of my repairsgoing forward! He showed up early 8am and was done by lunch time! Professional, punctual and courteous!

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.

Rich did a great job helping me out with my broken water heater. He, out of many companies I called, was the fastest, cheapest, and ended up the highest job quality. He’s very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended service!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

My gas stove was sitting about 6 inches away from the wall because of a pipe coming out out the floor. Rich moved this pipe and now I don't have this big gap behind my stove anymore. Other companies wanted to go straight to breaking up the stone foundation to get at the pipe. Rich studied the situation and decided to try going at it from the top first. He learned that this would work and that going through the foundation in the basement would not have worked because of the way the pipes were arranged. He got the job done. He seemed very competent and trust worthy. (He also noticed that the sealant around my exhaust pipe from the water heater needed repair and he did it without charging extra for it.)
I would hire him again.
It was expensive though...I don't know if this is the going rate or not...

I hired Winters for a service contract. Everything was operating fine until they came out to service my boiler. I checked it after they left and there was water all over the floor. There is a huge puddle of water in my basement after the technician put tablets in the condensate pump so it wouldn't clog. it has never clogged but this service caused a problem where there was none. Coincidence? Don't hire them. i could go into other issues I've had with them.

The employees are A++!! Steven has now done several jobs for my home, and is always responsive to my many questions. He’s honest and my first call when I need help!

We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

Joe & Jorge did a superb, professional job installing my new furnace, evaporator and condenser. Helder conducted a thorough follow-up check a week later, and Josh did a breaker swap the same day. All four young men were polite, efficient, skilled, and highly professional, and they answered all my questions, as did the Sila home office when I called with a few final questions. Altogether, I'm very satisfied with the experience. Clearly, a first-rate outfit with a top-notch team. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in this world, and in this case I paid for top quality. I would recommend the Stoneham, Mass Sila group to anyone.

Rich's service from Boston Water Heaters was outstanding. He replaced our water heater the same day we called, and the work was impeccable. Rich is thorough, meticulous and the quality of his work went far beyond our expectations. We highly recommend his company.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.
