We had a great experience. Toilet had been leaking so I decided to play plumber...Then realized I need to stick to my day job. McMahon came and tried to help BUT the toilet needed replacing. They were VERY RESPONSIVE. Came back the next day and installed a new toilet. They carefully explained all the costs up front. Plus gave us a 1/2 hour heads up on arrival. Will definitely use again.

781 helped me some time ago with refilling the Freon in my ac unit and recently helped me troubleshoot a power issue with my thermostat over the phone.

Both times I’ve been left with no further issues or questions - will be working with them in the future for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tim, who is also the service manager, and his apprentice came to my restaurant on an emergency service call. They did diagnostics and told me the issue was the thermopile and definitely not the gas valve. They called one company to try to get the part and said they couldn’t get it until next week. In a restaurant, you are required to have hot water to operate so this essentially would mean closing the business through the weekend. When asked if there was a universal part that could be used to patch up the issue, Tim hastily told me that if there was anything that could be done, he’d do it. He “called the only company that carries parts”, for my water heater and they’d said the product wasn’t available. He basically told me that even if there was a work around, what was he going to do, drive around to several places in hopes that he could find something that would work? They then left and gave me a tough luck kinda speech saying they’d be back next week. Cut to one hour later when another company came and installed a universal thermopile that was easily picked up. Upon installing this part, it was learned that the gas valve was an issue as well. They then stayed and fixed the issue for me after Pann said it couldn’t be done and Tim couldn’t be bothered to try to actually help us. This was a Friday afternoon and my sense was they just wanted to be done for the day and didn’t want to out in the work. Avoid this company at all costs.

Used Winter Home Services to replace old HVAC system. Both Brian Falasca (install) and Zane Villandry (quote) were fantastic to work with and professional throughout the experience. I don’t even like going into my attic for 2 minutes to look at the AC in this season, so I can’t imagine installing a new HVAC system up there and outside was easy, but Brian was a pro and got it done quickly and well. Zane was also a pleasure to work with. During our first meeting, he was able to quickly assess the situation, generate & walk me through quotes across the price range, and decide on the option that worked best for me. We love having AC back, and big thanks to Brian and Zane for making that happen!

Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! I'm planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

Service was great. Sam arrived within an hour of me calling him. Sam quickly identified the problem with my furnace and fixed it immediately. I definitely recommend!

We recently had a new gas heating system replaced by Rich Mathews and he did a great job! He is very courteous and professional and we would not hesitate to contact him again if we needed work done. His price was very reasonable and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. Five Stars!!

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.
