Frank was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive. My heat went out on a Sunday morning, so I gave Frank a call and sent him a video of the heater making a really loud sound. Frank diagnosed it immediately but came in person first thing the following morning to verify, and had my heater back up and running within a few hours after purchasing the necessary part. Frank was very professional and I will 100% be using him again in the future!

They all were very nice and polite. I called about a concern I had and the plumber came out and was there less than 5 minutes. Nothing needed fixing just a little tightening. I agreed to the quote because he made it sound flexible based on what happens when they saw what was going on. But for what it actually was the quote was too much. I paid it but I feel taken advantage of.

I was extremely please with all of the following which:
- Professional Van with company name and phone number displayed on side,
- Punctual arrival time,
- Answering the door, Adam was wearing company logo clothing, and was very friendly and had a nice smile,
- Before entering my home, he put on booties,
- From there, he did a stellar job installing my new disposal,
- He was comfortable letting me watch, ask questions, and he kept testing after he was done to make sure it was running smoothly,
-When he wasn’t completely satisfied, he tweaked some of the adjustments until it was perfect,
- He was happy to answer any of my questions,
- He was also helpful to make sure I had all the information to register my product with the vendor,
- Afterwards, he cleaned up the area spotlessly,
- I was so happy with his service, I asked to have one other job to be done. To replace the vent pipe connector to my drier.
- All in all - best service ever !!!

Came in on time and took care of things asap after a very brief supply run. Both guys were very helpful and explained everything clearly. Prices are fair for boston. Considering using them to redo the rest of my bathroom, will update if I do

Our boiler stopped working on a very cold evening.I called Winter about 21:00 and left a message with the messaging service. Twenty minutes later, a service rep called me back and schedule a service call for next morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Brian arrived at 9:00, he is an excellent technician. He explained all the troubleshooting. After identifying the faulty part, Brian replaced it and my boiler was back in service in no time.Fantastic service, highly recommended. Very happy customer!

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
