Frank answered our emergency call to have our gas oven hooked up. He came to our home 20 minutes after the call and really helped us when we were in a bind. He was responsive, quick and did a fantastic job. Will use him again in the future.

I had a small job a few days before Thanksgiving. The handle in my shower broke off and I had neither the tools nor the parts to fix it. My household was about to double in size. McMahon plumbing was willing to make time in the schedule for a small repair. They came when they said they would, and they communicated with me throughout the process. The men who came to my home were courteous. I was, however, a bit shocked by the cost - the reason for the drop of one star.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Matt was fantastic. He arrived on-time, and did a full assessment of my home's plumbing needs. He then estimated the cost for each of these jobs, and I was then able to prioritize the sequence of the jobs for this visit, and then for subsequent visits. He worked all day diligently, showed great care and cleanliness and completed the entire list. I'm looking forward to working with him again when he comes to complete the final jobs on my punch list.

The whole experience was great. Mike from sales was friendly and knowledgeable. My technician Brad explained everything so I could understand it, and friendly too. So far the combo navien system is great! Better than expected!

Highly Recommend Boston Water Heaters. My CO alarms went off this morning out of the blue and national grid had to turn off my gas. I called 15-20 heating, plumbing, and hvac companies, and BWH was the only one who offered me the same day support I needed. Despite having numerous other jobs that day, Rich was able to squeeze me into his schedule, take a look at my boiler and heating system, and give me assurance and direction on what to do next. Terrible customer service. Overpriced

Not reliable. The plumber didn't show up at all on the scheduled date. I called the office to see if s/he was coming late. The person who answered the phone almost yelled at me that I didn't receive her calls to my home phone. It was unfortunate that I missed her calls, but I was never told that she would make a confirmation call before their crew shows up. I was expecting the plumber, not her call. Don't want to deal with these people again.
