Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! I'm planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!

I contacted Nick late on a Friday afternoon. A plumber who was on his way home was at my residence in under 30 minutes. While the repair was embarrassingly an error on my part and only took 5 minutes to fix I was still grateful for the prompt and professional service.

Luis T. replaced our old water heater with a new one and replaced an old leaking faucet set in our bathroom. The service was excellent. Luis was polite and on-time. I recommend Pann Home Services, a well organized company.

1. Crooked pipe 2. the installer dropped his saw on our sump pump discharge hose and put a tear in it . Said he would replace it but never did. A few days later I went into the basement and 3. one of the furnace supply ducts was disconnected and hot air bellowing out. I called WHS and the next day a tech came to fixed it. Apparently HVAC contractors don’t need a license in MA. so you get technicians with minimal training and sloppy work. As I told my neighbor who asked about their work - I would go somewhere else. They also could have suggested to insulate my duct work as another contractor did while upgrading the HVAC in the other condo in our building but they didn’t.

Jessica and Alexandria did a phenomenal job fixing our shower. They were professional, neat, and quick and we will absolutely be requesting them next time we need help. I highly recommend them both!

I had a soil pipe replaced, some shut off valves and a water line installed it was around 4 hours of work that included getting the materials. They followed social distancing and they also wore masks

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
