I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Frank was great. Very professional, polite and took his time to explain in detail everything he was gonna do prior to starting. Gave us a great price and warranty to go with it. I would definitely be using frank for any of my plumbing work in my house.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Our old cast iron pipes in our house became clogged and Winter's Co. came quickly to assess the situation. It required PVC replacement piping and much digging since the house trap which was clogged was very deep in the ground.Anthony Sousa was here for three days of hard work. He was courteous, hard working and informative. He kept us up to date regularly as to what he had done and what he was about to do. Anthony is a fabulous young man and hard worker. We are most impressed with his skills and pleasant demeanor. Winter's has gem in its midst; that's Anthony Sousa.On the last day, he brought an apprentice with him, Josh Lee who was also excellent in working with Anthony. They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

Jessica came promptly. She was respectful of the home and covid procedures (even tho she didn’t know about my health issues). She went right to work, focused on finding one problem and replacing the disposal telling me each step to making sure I understood clearly. She was friendly and made me aware of possible ‘upcoming problems’ to watch out for. She even fixed the latch on my back gate!! (Just tightening a bolt, but totally appreciated). Everything I could ask for in a professional!

Rich Mathews is a true professional. Can't say enough good things about him. Answered when I called, took the time to speak with me and explain my options, got us on his calendar in a reasonable amount of time, friendly in person, and noticed a few small things that needed fixing on site and did it just because he's a great person.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and Metro Boston Plumbing redid the plumbing for the sink, dishwasher, and fridge. Ernie did great work and was really good to work with. When we converted a fireplace to gas just recently, Ernie did great work adding the gas line. I can certainly recommend this business and they will be my first call for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

Jim came over and looked at an old cast iron pipe that was rusting. He did exactly what he said he would do cut out the old pipe and replace with new. He communicated well and very reasonable with the price. We are pleased with his work. Thanks Jim!
