The only thing is very overpriced! Charged $784 to install an $84 part no tools needed done in 5 minutes..I guess I received the Covid-19 rate....

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

i think they did a good job but it too too expensive from the service fees to the labour charge .so try to buy the part yourself rather than they buy for you and they charge you too much for the parts and read the review and compare with the other companies before you hire them ,this is my first and last to hire them and never ever refer anyone because of the expensive.

I was very impressed with True Blue and highly recommend them. When my gas furnace malfunctioned, I needed to find someone to come out and fix it. As a new homeowner, it was the first time I have needed a plumber / HVAC technician and so I was a new customer when I called. Steve was at my house just a few short hours later working on it. When a part came in sooner than expected, be came back out on a weekend to finish the job earlier than expected. Steve and the man working with him were both very professional and courteous, and did not leave until they were 100% satisfied problem had been rectified. I will absolutely use True Blue for all future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Brad and Pat from Winters home services were amazing when we needed our new air conditioning system installed. They were knowledgeable, professional and volunteered to come back the next day if anything did not work (which was not an issue - it has worked perfectly)! Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! I'm planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

Uriel Ramirez was an A+ plumber and professional, even asking if I wanted him to remove his shoes! Fixed everything so quickly and was really polite and explained the issues easily enough for me (who knows zero about plumbing) to understand and made sure I was satisfied with the fix before leaving. Will be using again for any plumbing needs, and recommending to others in the area.

Heatwave hit and AC unit stopped working just as we brought our newborn home from the hospital. Called Sila and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Guy came to service the unit, he was professional and very considerate. Guy explained exactly what is wrong, what he will do to fix the problem, and worked with us to stay within our budget. Work was done timely, all costs clearly explained.

Jim did an excellent work on removing the kitchen garbage disposal and connecting a new pipe to the sink. Very efficient, work well done and the kitchen and under the sink were left super clean! I will definitely keep Jim as our plumber from now on.
