Great response and quick service, I had to replaced water boiler ,the company provide 3 replacement rinnai water heaters on demand, installed right away, great price ,quality job, work perfectly, I will recommend 781 plumbing to everybody.

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

Rich came out the same day as my water heater died, with permits and a replacement in tow. He was thorough, prompt, professional and personable. He took time to explain the details of the system and how it worked. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use him again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Another excellent experience with Pann Home Services. Our furnace was on it’s last legs…still working but inefficient and quite old. Frank and Tim from Pann suggested we replace it now rather than wait for a failure in the middle of winter in Boston. They did a masterful job, coordinated all the work and were a pleasure to deal with. Pann may not be the least expensive but they are top grade and extremely professional!

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

I would highly recommend Chillie Willie for heat pump installation! They installed a five zone split for our house, were very professional and responsive throughout the quote process, worked with us to ensure the best placement of the units themselves, and did a great/professional job installing the system. Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Rich was fantastic and we're thrilled to have found him and his company. We discovered our water heater was broken when giving the baby a night bath and Rich replaced it the next day. The replacement required some additional pipe work and Rich did the job quickly and reliably!! Cannot recommend highly enough and look forward to working with Rich again!!

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.
