I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Luis T. replaced our old water heater with a new one and replaced an old leaking faucet set in our bathroom. The service was excellent. Luis was polite and on-time. I recommend Pann Home Services, a well organized company.

Just had Steve and Maury from Winters service my furnace and air conditioning system. Not only did they do the work quickly and efficiently, they answered my questions and concerns about various plumbing and heating issues. Both were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. It was also important to me that when I scheduled the appointment I spoke to an actual employee of Winters Home Services and not a recording or answering service. She was awesome! This is the second time we have used Winters Home Services and they are now our go to company for our plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks to all!

AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!

Rich is incredibly responsive and great to work with. I called to get a quote for replacing my water heater, and within the hour, he was able to personally come out to the house, take a look at the job, provide a quote and schedule the replacement for the next day. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber - he handled every aspect of the job promptly and professionally.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
