Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

My wife and I purchased a new gas oven and needed a plumber at short notice. Frank responded to our message quickly, and we easily made an appointment for 3 days later.
Frank showed up on time, and quickly disconnected our old range. He then returned the next afternoon (on a Saturday!) to install our newly delivered range.
Excellent timely work, clean and efficient.

I don’t typically write reviews online but the Donarumo team went above and beyond for me and I can’t tell you how trustworthy and on top of their stuff this company is. They showed up on time, we’re communicative, we’re masters of their craft and were very reasonable cost wise. We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

Not often in this day and age you can get a reliable professional and knowledgeable heating expert. Frank exceeded my expectations, solved my heating issue for my tenant and did it with determination. I will be saving this contact for future use as well as referring him to my real estate clients. Worth his weight in gold IMO. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere . Extremely reasonable and stress free.

I text Tony whenever I have issues with a heating system and he is incredibly responsive. I have texted him on New Year's Day, over the weekend, late at night, and when a pipe froze and he has always delivered. He has often found a way to squeeze me into his busy schedule or let me know when he has an opening soon.

Pescatore's plumber did an amazing job replacing a valve for the shower that leaked. Very professional, reliable work and fit me in quickly though they were busy. It's such a relief to finally find a great plumber. I cannot recommend them enough. Best guys on the North shore and Boston, seriously!

Tim B. from Pann Home Services did a great job fixing my water heater. I was really impressed with the company's response time. I called them and they were able to come out that day to replace my water heater. Tim, the service representative, was vey knowledgeable and was able to remove the old heater and install the new one in very quick time. They have great staff there.

Anthony and his partner Azi were a dedicated and professional team who installed A/C in our 84 yr old home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was unparalleled. They were thoughtful in cleaning up and in always wearing masks indoors. Anthony also noticed that our dryer vent cap was broken and that the venting was not done correctly. He was looking out for us- and we so appreciated it! Additionally, the team did not pressure us to finish their work on their timeline when our baby was sick and we needed to pause on the install for a few days. True human beings and professionals! We are so excited for a cool, quiet summer and no more noisy, heavy window A/Cs!

My usual plumbing contractor recommended Drain Stars to clear a difficult clog that I couldn't reach with a 20' snake. They called back quickly, scheduled an appointment within hours, arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and took care of the problem. Andy and his associate were polite, clean, and efficient. I'll use them again, and I'd highly recommend their service.

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.
