Best Drain Pipes Repair in Boston MA

Call these guys. Matt and his team have done several projects and repairs in my South End condo (replacing disposal and kitchen faucet, bathroom tub and sink faucets, problem toilet) over the past few years. Each repair has stayed working (unlike some places that stick on a plumbing band aid and stick you with a bill, and six months later the thing breaks again). His pricing is fair, he is reachable by phone, always calls back in a timely fashion, and calls with a heads up when he is close to arriving at your place. I have recommended him to two people who had major plumbing projects done, and they were both very happy. Really good work and good guy.

My girlfriend and I called Winters due to our main sewer line being clogged. The plumber told my girlfriend we also needed to redo the drain for the washing machine as part of clearing the drain which was set up like most basement washing machines, just the drain hose going into an open end of a a pipe to a p-trap down to the main. He said it wasn't up to code and needed an ejector pump. The original setup worked fine and was not what we called them there for. He gave my girlfriend a quote for $5,500 for the drain cleaning and washing machine. She unfortunately said yes because she was trying to get the clog problem fixed for our tenants while we were on vacation. Winters' tech ended up not even being able to fix the clog and had to suggest a drain specialist and charged us $4,800 for unnecessary plumbing work. Complete scam, plumber was probably working on commission and sold unnecessary work. I will never use Winters again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I called Alpha Omega to replace my Navient Combi Boiler. Sam responded right away and was able to arrive the same day! He was so helpful and very fast in the way he worked. His price was way better than the other two companies I tried before so I saved alot of money and frustration. Definitely will use this company again. Thank you!

On a Saturday my sewer ejector pump failed along with my hot water heater. The perfect storm. Within a couple of hours Andy and his son were on site fixing the problem. The ejector pump was completely full of grease and other unmentionables but they came up with a game plan and got it done. I would call these guys anytime!! Can’t thank you enough!!!
