My bathroom sink drain broke. I asked my ex to take a look, and he promptly dropped a piece of the sink down the drain. That didn't fix anything. Then I contacted Drain Flow. Tony said he could send someone over the next day, and he kept in regular contact via text to let me know when my savior, who goes by the name of Abe, would arrive. After a quick inspection, Abe said, Oh, this is worse than I expected. (Have you noticed that no one ever, ever says, This isn't as bad as I expected?) On the up side, Abe managed to end my nightmare as quickly as possible, and for less $$$$$ than expected--and he was even amazingly tolerant of my manic barking dog. (He's just doing the job a dog's supposed to do.) A+++++++--thank you!!!!!!

Matt (and Austin) were consummate professionals. They were really focused on getting the job done, they worked carefully in difficult circumstances to find and complete all the issues necessary to repair frozen pipe damage, the quality of their work was excellent as was the care they took of, and in, the house. We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. I found Rich on Angie's List and gave him a call because the reviews he had were so good. I left him a message and he called me right back and we made an appointment for later that evening. Rich was there on time and was extremely nice and informative on my extremely old boiler system, water heater and the oil to gas conversion that was going to take place. Rich then sent me a quote in the mail which wasn't the cheapest but far from the most expensive that I had received and we decided that he was the best guy for the job. Prior to starting the job my husband and I noticed that one of our radiators started leaking and another was extremely loud. Therefore, I called Rich and he came out within a half hour and remedied the problem. When he came to start the job he was always dependable and willing to answer any questions. Rich was so personable that my husband and I looked forward to getting home and having small talk with him. One Saturday he came to do some work and brought my husband and I some AMAZING scones that he gets from one of his other clients and let me just say, they were to DIE for. How many people can say that they got breakfast from their plumber and above that enjoyed having them around?! As far as Rich's work is concerned, the boiler and water heater came out beautifully, when you have steam heat it truly is an art form and Rich is quite the artist. Our basement was literally cleaner when he left then it was when he came in. Needless to say, Rich will be the guy I call with all my plumbing issues.

Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.

Joe and the Silco team are easily the best in North Boston, Andover area.
