We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

This is by far the sleaziest operation in town. Came over to snake the drain, blew a hole in our pipes and then charged me 1200$ To fix his mistake as water poured through the floors into the basement. Put me in a situation where I had no choice but to agree to this price. What a JOKE! Avoid them at all costs, many many other options out there.

We received professional and courteous service from the salesman, Scott, office personnel, and the service technicians, Vic and his apprentice, Mike. We had central air installed in our home and a mini-split heat pump installed in my mother’s apartment above the garage. We look forward to using our new cooling systems this summer! Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! He is very professional, super organized, excellent communicator, has great attention to detail, followed covid-safety protocols. This has been a very positive experience. I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!

P Floros was extremely responsive, communicative and helpful. He was able to fit me in same day for a non emergency repair, and worked quickly and efficiently. My shower now has full water pressure and I didn't even need to miss a shower! I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Joe P., and all of the crew at Silco Plumbing really came to our rescue when our hot water system broke down this summer. Upfront pricing, work completed on time, and site was left clean. Of course, our A/C also decided to quit working during the hottest days too! We also chose to replace our heating system at the same time. Silco was able to do an emergency installation service for us that quite literally saved not only our lives, but the lives of our pets as well.
