We had some shaky pipes that needed to be secured and Tom and Joe were amazing. Very professional and their work is solid. When we initially called Velocity plumbing about the issue -they asked us to send a video to see if it needed fixing even without a in person eval, which I thought was an honest assessment. Eutis (I think I spelled his name incorrectly, but cannot find out how to spell it right) came by and diagnosed the issue. He was very transparent with the pricing: faucet gets fixed, or I don’t pay anything. Indeed, we debugged the clogged faucet problem, but because he thought it would be more worthwhile to me to check manufacturer’s warranty first, we decided to leave the faucet as is for now. Even though the problem didn’t get resolved, I appreciated his transparency and efforts, and gave him a tip on his way out.This is a great example of putting customers first. I hope Roto Rooters hires more staff like him. When the time comes to do other work, I will be considering Roto Rooters again.
