First, I called Matt to schedule an appointment that was at my convenience. He then diagnosed the problem over the phone to assure me that the fix would be straightforward and quick. Henri and Ed arrived at my condo as scheduled. Both were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very neat, including placing a large padded blanket on the floor around the work area. The fix was a challenge because it required shutting off the water to all the units in the building. Unfortunately each unit does not have a separated shutoff. They fixed the problem quickly all the while keeping me informed as to their progress. The water was back on in less than an hour. I would highly recommend T-Flow Inc. Great guys!

The gentleman who answered my call took all my information and told me someone will call me back within an hour. 1 hour later I received a call from a man named Andrew. He was extremely polite and professional. I went over the concerns one more time with him. He was at my place within 1 hour. That was also extremely impressive. He was very cautious of the covid 19 situation. He put me at ease right away with his professionalism. He diagnosed my concerns and explained very clearly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair price and 30 minutes later my sink and disposal was up and working. Andrew throughly cleaned up the work area and was on his way. Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

Thanks to this service, I was able to get a next-day appointment, which was awesome. I wasn't sure if I just had a clog or if there was a more serious problem when water began to back up into my bathtub. When Jacob Royal came to help, he was friendly and chatty. After he quickly fixed the problem, he even cleaned my bathtub! I would hire this company again and highly recommend Jacob if I ever needed their services again.

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

Kladji checked the basement for a Leak
and found one. He invested 4 or 5hours of overtime to fix it on a Friday night and wouldn’t take a tip for all his trouble. He is a great person and a great plumber. Thank you Kladji!
