Tony and his team from Drain Flow is fantastic!!! I own a rental unit in Brighton and it's nice to know that someone can take care the plumbing issue for me. We had an emergency backup in our waste pipe that had broken open (very bad situation!) and while so few plumbers even returned our calls (everyone out due to COVID), and the ones who did didn't want such an intensive job, Andy arrived even earlier in the week than quoted and fully dug out, replaced, and re-cemented our waste pipe in about two hours. He was friendly and upfront about our situation, and walked me through everything he did so nothing was a mystery. Well worth the reasonable rate! Can't recommend him enough!!

I have a sink in my basement that the washer empties into. It has gotten clogged 3 times before that I had to get it cleared. It usually cost about $500 and made a mess. The Drain Guy was in and out in minutes, cleaned up after himself, and only charged $175.00. Can't be beat.

Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was a pleasure to do business with High Quality Plumbing. I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.

I had a clogged toilet that needed repair. I called for service and someone arrived within 2 hours of my call! They fixed the problem. I was very grateful for their quick response and great service! Oh and the technician was great and didn’t mind my dogs barking the entire time !!!
