Frank and his team were recommended to me by several neighbors; I reached out for a quote for the installation of a gas line to add a grill to my deck and he was incredibly responsive. He came to take a look and was incredibly detail-oriented, noting several areas of consideration that other plumbers had not mentioned to me - as a result, we hired them for the job. He arrived right on time and was able to complete the project in short order. Great service, great result - would highly recommend!

Matt is a caring and warm person. He took care of our repair needs (No heat and no hot water). His follow up visit was unexpected .Comforting to see his commitment to a job well done all around.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Really disappointed with the professionalism of the dispatcher Greg...Had an issue with a leaky faucet and the plumber was there 10 mins and charged me $180. Totally understand there is a $180 minimum but thought there would be a little give..

I really loved Greg's dentist analogy..If you went to see a dentist for 10 minutes do you think he would reduce his rate..

or..if you owned the unit and cared about it why didn't you fix the problem yourself (p.s Greg..If I lived next door I would've)

I have written a positive review of McMahon Plumbing & Heating in the past, but unfortunately my opinion has changed. I've used them before for heating services, so maybe that is their strength. I will never call them again for plumbing services. I had a clogged shower drain-- the most simple plumbing problem to fix! I can't miss work and wait around all day for a plumber, so my retired neighbor let them in. Then they stood around for half an hour and left without doing a thing! Apparently they needed to speak with me before they could do the job. I'M AT WORK! I CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONE! I TOLD YOU THE PROBLEM, SO PLEASE GO FIX IT! Instead they wasted everyone's time. Then I called Vaughan Plumbing & Heating-- also local to Hyde Park-- and they gave me an UPFRONT COST! How hard is that, McMahon?! I left a check for them for the amount they quoted me, and the job was done the day after McMahon did absolutely nothing. For plumbing issues, please use VAUGHAN P & H! I have no idea what McMahon expects. I have a job-- my life doesn't revolve around you. I guess if you are available to stay home all day, then McMahon might be able to fix your plumbing problem. I'll never know! For the rest of us who live in the real world, McMahon is a total waste of time (at least for plumbing issues).

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Solid dude, took care of our urgent situation in the middle of a long weekend. We had reached out to several other contractors but Frank was the only one who responded right away to my text message. Would recommend.

After 3 weeks in our new home we discovered a leaky tub. We called drain flow late, expecting to leave a voice mail for the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised to get our call answered and an appointment for the next day. Can't say enough good things about Anthony. Great communication, excellent customer service, affordable, quality work. Highly highly recommend!
