Joe was wonderful to work with during my renovation: replaced heating system, added tankless hot water, all rough plumbing and finish for kitchen and baths. When I sprung a little leak after the
electrician hooked up disposal on a Saturday, he came over immediately and resolved the issue. I told him it could wait, but he insisted. Great guy to work with and knows his trade

The scheduling for the HVAC system maintenance and the actual appointment was very easy. Actually it was one of the most efficient I've experienced of any company. The technician was prompt in any reminders or communication prior to that was flawless. The technician took photos of each section of the three systems I have before and after the service. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. I was very happy with the service.

I bought an Aprilaire humidifier on Amazon, because my house is do dry, and thought I may be able to install it myself...nope! Trust 1 agreed to install equipment I bought, without hesitation, and schedule install very quickly. From first call to last, everyone was perfectly professional, friendly, patient and helpful. I would use them a hundred more times.

I have worked with Big Blue a few times and have been happy each time. My most recently time was an emergency weekend situation. Adin was the on-call weekend technician. He was so great to work with. He was very communicative about his arrival time and continued to update me as he got closer. He was so helpful, explaining what should be fixed today and what could be fixed on a day that would be a regular day rate (as opposed to the emergency weekend rate). He fixed the problem very quickly and thoroughly. Thanks Adin!
